In this first episode some of the main characters are introduced, Ichigo learns about souls and hollow’s and about the people soul reapers who live in the Soul Society. Also in this first episode Ichigo get’s to meet Rukia, who’s a soulreaper protecting Ichigo’s city. In a fierce fight Rukia let’s Ichigo become a soulreaper and have his first fight with a hollow.
